Arctic Fairways is Palmer’s premier indoor golf and social hub. We’ve combined world-class Full Swing simulator technology with a modern, high-energy lounge atmosphere. Whether you're a scratch golfer looking to stay sharp in the winter or someone looking for a unique night out with friends, we offer a year-round "outdoor" experience, without the Alaska weather.
Not at all! While our tech is pro-grade, our atmosphere is built for everyone. With 100” TVs, a comfortable bar and lounge, and a full menu, we are just as much a place to watch the big game and hang out as we are a place to work on your swing.
We charge per bay, not per person. This makes Arctic Fairways an affordable option for groups. Whether you have one person or six in an open bay, the hourly rate remains the same.
While we do accept walk-ins based on availability, we highly recommend booking your bay online in advance, especially on weekends and during the winter months, to ensure your group has a spot.
No! We are a family-friendly facility. However, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Gameplay & Tech

We are equipped with 6 top-of-the-line Full Swing simulators.
Our space was built from the ground up for this purpose, featuring extra-wide 16’-6” bays (compared to the industry standard of 13’) so you can swing your driver with total confidence.
You can choose from over 80 iconic championship courses from around the world. If you’re looking for something more casual, we also offer fun, arcade-style games that are great for all skill levels.
Our open bays accommodate up to 6 players. Our 2 private suites are larger and can host up to 10 players.
Yes! We encourage guests to bring their own clubs. We just ask that your club faces are clean before play to protect our screens.
Yes! We have sets of clubs, including left-handed sets, available for rent.
Generally, it takes one person about an hour to play 18 holes. For a group of four, we recommend booking a 3–4 hour session to complete a full round at a comfortable pace.
We require closed-toe shoes. Clean golf shoes (spikeless) are permitted, but standard athletic sneakers work perfectly.

We do not require pre-payment at this time. Cancellations can be made up until the day of your reservation, and we currently do not apply no-show fees.
Yes, 30-minute blocks are available for those looking for a quick practice session or a short game.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled tee time. This gives you time to check in, grab a drink, and get settled so your timer starts right when you're ready to swing.
Yes! We have a selection of food and a bar featuring beer, wine, and cider. You can enjoy your refreshments right at your bay or in our lounge seating.

Absolutely. We offer full-facility buyouts for up to 70 guests (starting at $1,500 for 4 hours) as well as annual Business, Team, and Executive passes for local companies.
For groups requiring multiple bays or a full buyout, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date.

Yes! Members enjoy significantly reduced hourly rates, discounts on food/merch, and special league pricing. All memberships are "cancel anytime" with no long-term contracts.
